VC emphasises on innovation to advance Veterinary science

Addressing a special event held at the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences under GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, the vice-chancellor Shivendra Kumar Kashyap shared his views on veterinary education, research, technological innovation and institutional culture.
He said that the college serves as a living unit of the university, maintaining direct engagement with society daily through dairy, poultry, clinical services, and research activities. He emphasised that the college’s identity is not limited to academic achievements; it also plays a leading role in disseminating technology from the laboratory to farmers and livestock farmers. The programme was attended by the dean, scientists, faculty and students.
