The All India Congress Committee general secretary (Organisation) and MP KC Venugopal will reach Dehradun on July 9 on a two-day visit. He will hold meetings with the heads of various committees and ancillary organisations of the party. Pradesh Congress Committee media chairman Rajeev Mehrishi informed that on the day of his arrival, Venugopal will hold a meeting with the PCC president, leader of opposition in the Vidhan Sabha, Central Election Committee members, former PCC head and Congress Working Committee members at 12 PM. This will be followed by a meeting with members of the party’s political affairs committee in the afternoon. He will then chair a meeting of the heads of district and Mahanagar Congress committees after which he will hold a meeting with the heads of the party’s ancillary organisations, departments and cells.
On July 10, Venugopal will hold meetings with senior party leaders in the morning and later address the media in the afternoon before departing for New Delhi.
