In latest Uttarakhand news, with torrential shower lashing Uttarakhand from the mountains down to the plains, the pilgrimage city Rishikesh was not spared the rain fury. Normal life was completely disrupted with roads remaining waterlogged. To add to the rain-triggered woes, water entered the emergency ward of the AIIMS. The patients and their attendants were at the receiving end of things as garbage kept entering the ward along with the water. The attendants looked worried over the health of their relatives admitted at the facility.
