The district administration has intensified preparations for wheat procurement beginning on April 1st. In this regard, a meeting was held- chaired by additional district magistrate Pankaj Upadhyay-with farmers’ representatives, rice millers and related purchasing agencies.
At the meeting, the ADM directed that basic facilities be ensured in a timely manner at all 108 purchasing centres.
