The last winter session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly will be held at Gairsain on December 7 and 8. The model code of conduct for the assembly elections could come into force in January. Uttarakhand Vidhan Sabha Speaker Premchand Aggarwal said that a two-day winter session is being convened in December, for which all necessary arrangements are being made in the Bharadisain assembly complex. He told that earlier the government had fixed 29-30th November for the session, but due to lack of preparation, the date of the session had to be pushed back. He was also reported to be saying that the government will also be dealing with some important legislative business.
