Withdraw cases against Rautela & nursing graduates: Sharma

The newly appointed president of Garhwal division of Uttarakhand Mahila Congress, Asha Manorama Dobariyal Sharma has said the State government should withdraw all cases against the nursing graduates and the president of Mahila Congress Jyoti Rautela. She warned that Mahila Congress would start an agitation if the cases are not withdrawn.
Interacting with the media persons at Congress Bhawan on Monday, Sharma said that the appointments of presidents of Mahila Congress in all the Vidhan Sabha segments will soon be made. She added that these appointments will be done after consultation with all the senior leaders.
Sharma said that the Congress party has always fought for the interests of the poor and weaker sections of the society.
She said that the law and order situation in the State has completely collapsed but the State BJP government is continuing to adopt an apathetic attitude. She said that the State government is also indifferent towards human-wildlife conflict.
Sharma said that the government has also failed in the smooth conduct of the Char Dham Yatra. There are traffic jams everywhere during the tourist season, she added. Sharma alleged that the BJP is protecting the culprits in the Ankita Bhandari murder case. She said that the NEET paper leak has once again exposed the failure of government and involvement of BJP leaders in paper leaks. Sharma also questioned the government for failure to appoint Lokayukt in the State.
