CM taking false credit- Harish Rawat
Former chief minister and general secretary of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Harish Rawat has accused the Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat for taking false claim of withdrawal of cases relating to violation of Covid-19 guidelines during the lockdown. He said that the Supreme Court (SC) has directed the state governments to withdraw cases of violation of Covid-19 guidelines.
Taking a dig at CM, Harish Rawat said that it appears that he is shrewder than his predecessor. In his Facebook page, Rawat said that the decision of withdrawal of cases is a judicial one and not administrative one. He said that the SC has already given its decision on the issue and many states have already implemented it.
