The leader of opposition (LoP) in Uttarakhand assembly, Yashpal Arya took part in the ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra of Rahul Gandhi at Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan on Wednesday. He said that the Yatra is a mission to unite the country and it has taken the shape of a Jan Andolan which is led by the people of India.
Terming the Yatra as historic, Arya said the love of people for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is clearly visible in the Yatra. He said that the issues on which Rahul Gandhi has undertaken the Yatra are directly associated with the people of the country.
