YEIDA to prove a development boon for the region: Acharya Balkrishna

With the Patanjali Group rapidly expanding its industrial footprint in Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area, Acharya Balkrishna visited Plot No 1A, Sector 24A, YEIDA on Tuesday. Averring that this flagship project would bring large scale investment and employment opportunities in the region, he said that they would set up a state-of-the-art dairy plant and industrial promotion hub in this park which would boost business activities at local and national levels.
After visiting the Industrial Park, he met the CEO, YEIDA Arun Vir Singh and other senior officials. He said after the meeting that when fully functional, the Patanjali Food and Herbal Park being developed with an investment of Rs 1,600 crore is expected to generate over 3,000 employment opportunities. He further said that this project is in line with the ‘Make in India’ campaign of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ‘Invest UP’ mission of Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath.
Singh said that the priority of YEIDA is to support
industrial projects in strengthening infrastructure and promoting investment in the region.
