The three-day 5th Uttarakhand State-level Yogasana Sports Competition 2024 organised by THDC India Limited in collaboration with the Uttarakhand Yogasana Sports Association and Dehradun District Yogasana Sports Association concluded at its corporate office in Rishikesh. The chairman and managing director R K Vishnoi, congratulated the winners, saying that aside from being a fitness practice, yoga means holistic well-being and inner harmony. The director (Personnel), THDCIL, Shallinder Singh presided over the closing ceremony and awarded the winners. Singh expressed concern over the youth adopting wrong lifestyle choices like substance abuse.
