In latest news from Doon, with the mercury of the political barometer shooting up ahead of the April 19 poll, to provide a cutting edge to the saffron campaigning, the Hindutva poster boy and Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath is all set to address three rallies covering both Kumaon and Garhwal regions on two days-April 13 and 14 . As per the State saffron party leader Aditya Kothari, Yogi might address a poll rally in Haldwani on April 13 and the following day, he might address two rallies in Srinagar Garhwal and Roorkee to canvass votes for the saffron candidates. Though the UP CM’s poll programmes in the State are yet to be confirmed these are almost certain, the BJP leader said.
Notably, the BJP veteran and the defence minister Rajnath Singh is set to address three poll rallies-in Gauchar, Lohaghat and Kashipur- on April 12.
