The Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath reached Mana near Joshimath and visited the nearby border region where he interacted with the soldiers on Saturday.
He was slated to visit Kedarnath after attending the Central Zonal Council meeting in Dehradun on Saturday but the plan was changed due to bad weather.
Arriving in Badrinath, he travelled to the border area at Mana Pass where he interacted with the jawans on duty. According to sources, the UP CM may offer special prayers in the Badrinath temple on Sunday morning.
