A youth was arrested for allegedly raping a minor and threatening to kill her. According to the police, a citizen lodged a complaint in Sahaspur police station on August 6, accusing a Kedarwala resident, Azad (21) of first raping his minor daughter and then threatening to kill her if she told anyone about the incident.
The police registered a case. A team was formed by the police station to catch the accused. On Sunday, the police team arrested the accused from Langha Road in Sahaspur area. The police further informed that medical checks of the accused and the victim were being done. The accused was to be presented in the court later in the day.
