In latest news from Uttarakhand, a youth was stabbed to death in an area under Transit Camp police station limits in Rudrapur in Udham Singh Nagar district. Police said that the deceased was identified as Ankit who originally hailed from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and was working in a SIIDCUL-based factory. The body was sent for post-mortem and police have started probing the murder. After the blood-splattered youth was found, he was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead, police added.
The CO, City, Neeharika Tomar said that a case had been filed and they were trying to find out the motive behind the brutal murder, adding that interrogation was on and the culprits would be arrested soon.
