In latest news from Uttarakhand, a youth’s body was found lying beside the railway tracks near Gaula bypass road in Vanbhoolpura, Haldwani. The deceased was identified as Neeraj Joshi (30), resident of Motahaldu, Lalkuan.
On receiving information of a body lying byrailway tracks, a police team from Vanbhoolpura police station reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem.
After the body was identified, his relatives were informed. Police said that prima facie, it seemed the youth had accidentally slipped from a compartment.
