The Congress has termed the address of the governor directionless. Senior Congress leader Pritam Singh said that the governor’s address is a document of illusion and lacks vision. He said the address of the governor, which is the document of the vision and planning of the State government, has no roadmap. Singh said that most of the schemes mentioned in the address are the schemes of the Union government. He said that the address of the governor fails to give any plan for the increasing unemployment and prices.
