The 9th annual literary and cultural conference- Jim Corbett-Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant-F G Pearce Memorial Annual Young Ideators’ Conclave- began at Birla Vidya Mandir. A total of 150 students from across the country are participating in the three-day event. The noted cultural entrepreneur and literary curator, Amitabh Singh Baghel inaugurated it.
Baghel stated that platforms for ideological clarity and artistic expression empower youth to understand society’s challenges in contemporary times and also bring about positive changes through literature. The conclave curator, Pranab Mukherjee highlighted the theme of the conclave and its contemporary relevance while the principal, Anil Kumar Sharma stated that this conclave is an essential pillar of the rich student tradition. “The three-day festival will feature various competitions, including poetry recitation, general knowledge, drama performances, debates and art installations, in which students from prestigious schools across the country will showcase their abilities,” he added.
