The chief medical officer, Dehradun, Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma stated on Monday that 36 swine flu (Influenza A H1N1) cases have been reported so far this month.
“Thirty six cases have been reported from August 1 to 22. Of them, 28 are reported from Dehradun district while eight are reported from other districts and states- five are from Haridwar, one from Rudrapur, one from Shivpuri and one from Saharanpur,” he added.
He urged people to take necessary precautions to stay safe from the infection.
