In latest news from Doon, the five- day Kasiga Literature Festival (KLF) organised by Kasiga School commenced with a discourse on the art of storytelling and creative writing. The students from grades 4 to 9 attended it. A noted writer Venu Agrahari Dhingra who is also involved in philanthropic work for many years expounded on the nuances of the art of storytelling and creative writing. The senior functionaries of the school said that she had dwelt on the narrative artistry and shared insights on her latest book themed on women empowerment. The second day of the festival saw inter-house competitions on creative writing and poetry writing in Hindi and English. The organisers said that the festival which would conclude on November 30 would see more sessions, workshops and competitions.
