To mark the International Day of Yoga, the director general Information and vice-chairman, Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority Banshidhar Tiwari has announced that free yogic training camps would be organised in MDDA Park Rajpur daily for the common people. The gazette notification on this matter would be issued soon, he said, adding that the objective is to ensure that everyone remains healthy and disease is kept away through boosting inherent immunity in the body through daily yogic practices.
Earlier, he led his team in organising a yoga training camp in the MDDA Park in Rajpur. The yoga trainers expounded the yoga techniques to the attendees and they stressed on adapting daily life style and eating habits to the practice of yogic disciplines.
