Japan Airlines (JAL) officials Manisha Aggarwal and Narender Bisht visited the Doon University on the weekend to promote 2024 JAL scholarships for the students of Japanese language at the university.
The officials had a meeting with the Japanese department head Deepika Bhatia and other faculties of the department to discuss the scholarship and Japanese language education at the University. They also met the vice chancellor Surekha Dangwal and registrar MS Mandarwal to discuss the scope and further prospects of the JAL scholarships and student welfare.
Bhatia thanked JAL and said that such opportunities would enable the students to gain exposure.
