In latest news from Doon, the chief secretary Radha Raturi held a meeting at the Secretariat with the civil aviation department and the Alliance Air officials to further strengthen air connectivity of the State. She informed that the chief minister would soon launch the State’s air connectivity scheme. As part of it, a MoU would be inked involving the State government and Alliance Air. She further informed that new flight services involving Pantnagar, Varanasi and Pithoragarh would be launched on the BGF model as a pilot project.
