The process of admissions in all the government, aided, private colleges and State universities for the academic session 2024-25 will start from June 1.
The higher education minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that the process of online registration for admissions in the State universities and colleges is going in the Smarth portal till May 31. He said that the process of admissions will start from June 1 in which the students will be given admissions on the basis of merit. From June 1 to 20 the process of merit preparation, counselling, admission fee payment and others will be done. Rawat said that the new academic session will commence from July 13 in the State. He said that student facility centres have been set up in all the educational institutes so that the students do not face any problems in admissions. Rawat said that the State government has implemented the policy of one State, one admission, one examination, one result and one convocation’ in the State.
