The chairman of the State Health Authority (SHA) Arvind Singh Hyanki directed the officials to prepare for paperless work in order to complete tasks in a timely and transparent manner.
He emphasised the need for necessary changes in the system in the public interest. “In today’s digital age, e-filing systems have proven their efficacy in handling departmental work. This system ensures that we need not clog the department with unnecessary files and papers. Hence, we have decided to accelerate transition to paperless operations as soon as possible,” he said.
He added that paperless work has been successfully implemented in many departments, resulting in timely completion of tasks and increased transparency. “We hope the same in SHA,” he said.
According to SHA officials, the chairman has issued instructions to ensure that the dues of the hospitals listed under the Ayushman Yojana and the beneficiaries of the health scheme are cleared promptly.
The additional director IT of the SHA Amit Sharma stated that the necessary processes, including e-office training, have been completed following the instructions. Consequently, paperless work would soon commence in the office, he added
