To promote the 38th National Games, the Haridwar district magistrate Karmendra Singh flagged off three promotional chariots from the collectorate premises on Friday. The publicity chariots will visit all the development blocks of the district, motivating the people to participate in the mega sports event. Addressing the gathering, the DM said that Uttarakhand is feeling privileged to host this event, adding that these vehicles would move through educational institutions, important market places and roads.
