Railways to add extra coaches to Bikaner-Haridwar Express

The Railways will attach one additional air-conditioned coach and one extra sleeper coach to train number 14717/14718 Bikaner-Haridwar Express to accommodate rising passenger demand.
The additional coaches will run from Bikaner station between August 1 and August 29 and from Haridwar station between August 2 and 30. This temporary augmentation aims to enhance travel comfort and capacity during the peak season, as per the officials. In a separate development, Train number 13019 Howrah–Kathgodam Bagh Express will now halt at Andal railway station (UDL) in Asansol Division of Eastern Railway.
The train will stop at Andal station for two minutes- from 00:39 hours to 00:41 hours, starting from its journey commencing on August 5. Railway officials stated that both decisions have been taken keeping passengers’ convenience in mind and to ensure smoother travel experiences on high demand routes.
