The Nainital Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Limited (NDUSSL), Lalkuan, has acted upon a long-standing demand of consumers with the launch of Aanchal Paneer packed through a state-of-the-art Multivac Vacuum Pack machine.
The machine was inaugurated by the NDUSSL chairman Mukesh Bora, who termed the occasion as historic. He said,
“This is not just a machine, but a step that will take forward the trust of consumers and the hard work of producers. Our priority is to deliver clean, safe, and high-quality Aanchal products to every consumer.” Bora also emphasised that this initiative reflects Aanchal’s commitment to quality and innovation
NDUSSL has installed this advanced machine at a cost of approximately Rs 1.5 crore. With this facility, paneer packaging will now be more secure and appealing. Officials informed that consumers will now get Aanchal Paneer in 180 grammes packs with the retail price being fixed at Rs 80.
NDUSSL general manager PS Nagpal said that this initiative would benefit consumers. “Paneer packed with vacuum technology will not only remain safe for more days but also ensure guaranteed purity and quality,” he said.
