In the supplementary budget of Rs 4063.79 Crore tabled in the house, Rs 2071.42 Crore was under the revenue account while Rs 1992.36 Crore under capital account.
The parliamentary affairs minister Madan Kaushik said that discussions on the supplementary budget would be held on Tuesday. He informed that Rs 135.26 have been kept for the salary head, Rs 2293.30 Crore as state’s share for centrally funded projects, Rs 641 Crore for SDRF and disaster related funds. He informed that the Rs 134 Crore has been kept for the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rs 122 Crore for the Right to Education (RTE). Similarly Rs 500 Crore for Prime Minister Rural Roads scheme and Rs 200 Crore for Kumbh works are kept in the supplementary budget.
For green revolution and soil health card Rs 103 Crore, for new medical colleges Rs 40 Crore and maintenance of roads and bridges Rs 220 Crore are kept in the supplementary budget.
