St Thomas’ College, Dehradun hosted the 109th annual speech and prize day on Saturday. The chief guest was the principal of Carman Residential & Day School, Premnagar and an alumna of St Thomas’ College, J A Kumar. Among the dignitaries present was the principal of St Thomas’ College, R V Gardner.
The programme commenced with the Academic Procession, featuring the teaching staff. Kumar then distributed prizes to students in recognition of their achievements in academics, sports and various extra-curricular activities. The award ceremony was followed by a variety of entertainment programmes, including plays in English and Hindi.
