ABDM sees growth in Ukhand, over 73 lakhs ABHA Ids created

The manager of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), Pragya Paliwal informed that over 73 lakhs Abha IDs, 9,737 Health Professional Registry (HPRs) and 7,804 Health Facility Registry (HFRs) have been created in the State so far. She made this statement during a workshop on ABDM organised at Government Doon Medical College (GDMC) as part of an initiative by the State Health Authority (SHA).
During the workshop, Paliwal emphasised the importance of the ABDM, the Scan and Share feature and various aspects of the digital revolution in the health sector. She explained that, following the National Health Authority (NHA) guidelines and under the instructions of State mission director Reena Joshi, programmes are being implemented to raise public awareness and ensure 100 per cent coverage of ABDM across the State. In this 100 per cent Abha IDs, HPRs and HFRs are to be created. Information on the benefits and implementation of these digital facilities is being shared with participants and the general public. Camps are being established during local fairs, in hospitals and at national programmes.
Paliwal also informed that the process of creating 100 per cent HPRs and HFRs is currently underway. Present at the event were consultant Praveen Kumar along with officers and nursing staff from GDMC.
