The annual sports meet of Shri Guru Ram Rai (SGRR) University ‘Khelotsav-2022’ concluded on Tuesday. The school of management and commerce studies won the title of overall champion of ‘Khelotsav-2022’. Abhinav Kumar and Riya Nautiyal won the 100 metre race in boys and girls category respectively.
Addressing the prize distribution ceremony, the vice chancellor of the university US Rawat said that just a team or player is the winner in a competition, but sports spirit is the feeling which generates a unique enthusiasm to excel in all the participants. He said that in Khelotsav-2022, the way students exhibited enthusiasm, team orientation and sports spirit is a matter of pride for the university.
