Bharat Electricity Summit: THDCIL highlights diversified energy portfolio

THDC India Limited said that it is participating in the Bharat Electricity Summit 2026, a premier global conference and exhibition for the power and electricity sector, being held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi from March 19 to 22. On the inaugural day, the Union Minister of Power and Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal; Union Minister of New & Renewable Energy, Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Pralhad Joshi and Union Minister of State for Power and New & Renewable Energy, Shripad Yesso Naik inaugurated the THDCIL stall.
The secretary, Ministry of Power, Pankaj Agarwal, along with senior officials, was also present on the occasion. For THDCIL, its chairman and managing director, THDCIL, Sipan Kumar Garg was present.
THDCIL showcased its initiatives and achievements across Hydropower, Pumped storage, Solar, and Wind energy, reflecting its diversified portfolio and growing role in the sector, Garg said, adding that aligned with national priorities, THDCIL continues to contribute significantly to strengthening India’s energy security and advancing the clean energy transition.
