In latest news from Uttarakhand, the minister of state for defence Ajay Bhatt and the Haridwar MP Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ visited Badrinath shrine with their families and offered puja. According to the Sri Badri-Kedar Temple Committee office bearers, Bhatt first arrived in Kedarnath shrine along with his family members and had darshan. Then he came to Badrinath where he joined the former chief minister and Haridwar MP Nishank and his granddaughter Arushi. Earlier, the Union minister of state for environment, forest and climate change Ashwini Kumar Choubey had visited Badrinath on the day of Deepawali and offered puja.
