Temperatures remained above normal in Dehradun and various other places in the State on Sunday with some areas witnessing light rain. The temperature is likely to rise further in Dehradun and other parts of the State today.
However, the State Meteorological Centre has also forecast that very light to light rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Pithoragarh districts on Monday
The provisional State capital Dehradun is forecast to witness a mainly clear to partly cloudy sky. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be about 35 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun today.
