Bus service for Ayodhya to start soon

In latest news from Dehradun, with people’s enthusiasm in the State growing for visiting the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya whose consecration ceremony is slated on January 22, bus service from Dehradun and Rishikesh to Ayodhya is all set to commence. The Uttarakhand transport corporation officials said that two buses would operate from Dehradun via Haridwar ferrying the devotees to Ayodhya. Likewise, buses would start from Rishikesh and via Haridwar they would reach Ayodhya. The officers further said that the devotees who board the bus in Dehradun would reach Ayodhya at around 5.30 in the morning. Notably, the mandir would remain open from 7 am to 11 am for the morning darshan of Ramlala. On the return journey, the bus would start at 3 pm and reach Dehradun at around 9 am the next day. The travel time between Dehradun and Ayodhya in roadways buses is about 18 hours, the roadways officers said. The bus to operate between Rishikesh and Ayodhya will reach Rishikesh from the Haridwar workshop around 5.30 pm and then taking the Ayodhya-bound passengers will go back Haridwar before leaving for Ayodhya.
