The Dehradun region of Central Bank of India organised a retail camp here on Friday with the objective of providing customers with information about the bank’s various retail loan schemes and financial services. Among the dignitaries were the principal, DAV College, Kaushal Kumar and the regional head, Central Bank of India, Dehradun, Rajat Bajaj.
About 50 customers participated in the camp, and loans amounting to Rs 40 crore were sanctioned during the event. While Kumar stated that such initiatives play an important role in establishing better communication and interaction between banks and their customers, Bajaj said that the customers were able to obtain information about various loan schemes of the bank at a single platform, enabling them to make informed financial decisions according to their requirements.
