In latest news from Doon, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami celebrated the State’s folk festival Phool Dei with children who gathered at the CM’s residence. While greeting the people of the State on the occasion, he said folk festivals encapsulate its culture in its colourful vibrancy. Notably, Phool Dei is a harvest festival and its celebration is meant to express gratitude to the divine entities for the good crop of the year.
