In latest news from Uttarakhand, with the pre-poll exodus from Congress into BJP continuing unabated, the former Lalkuan Nagar Panchayat president Lal Chandra Singh and the former Congress Lalkuan town head Sardar Gurdeep Singh along with several others joined the BJP at a programme held at the State BJP headquarters in Dehradun in presence of the State BJP president Mahendra Bhatt.
