Questioning the celebrations made on the occasion of completion of five years of chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in office, the vice president of Uttarakhand Congress Suryakant Dhasmana said that the State government has failed on all fronts. He said that Uttarakhand holds the dubious distinction of being number one State in crime against women among Himalayan states. Dhasmana said that corruption is rampant and the unemployment rate is highest. He said that the copying mafia is still ruling the roost and the students are deeply affected due to paper leaks.
