Reaching his personal residence in Khatima on Saturday, chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami hoisted the national flag at his home as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. His wife Geeta Dhami was also present along with him.
The chief minister said that on the call given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is being celebrated with enthusiasm across the nation. He said that he had hoisted the national flag at his personal residence as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign which began on Saturday. “The tricolour is a symbol of our freedom. It represents our prestige, honour and self respect along with being the flag of our unity, integrity and identity,” said the chief minister. He exhorted all residents of the State to participate in the campaign and hoist the national flag at their homes.
