The players from Dehradun have bagged medals in the recently held Uttarakhand State Mini Sub Junior Badminton tournament in Bageshwar. The competition comprised two categories: under 11 and under 13. Aashray Agarwal from Negi Pro- Academy in Dehradun clinched the gold medal in the Under-13 singles category while Samyak Bhatt and Shaurya Mehta secured silver medals in the Under-13 doubles category. Mention worthy, Negi Pro Academy Dehradun’s players collectively bagged a total of seven medals during the event.
Expressing happiness over the achievement, the founders of the academy Manju Negi and Akshat Negi ascribed the success to hard work of the trainers and dedication of the players.
