Edu-Leaders Conclave discusses AI and innovation

Doon International School, Riverside, in collaboration with Lovely Professional University (LPU) and Sahodaya, organised an ‘Edu-Leaders Conclave’ themed on education constantly changing with technologies and innovations. The organisers claimed that over 100 representatives from the city’s leading schools attended the event. They shared their experiences and insights on the changes taking place in education and the role of teachers, the increasing use of technology, digital learning and improving students’ futures.

Emphasis was placed on the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for future-oriented and inclusive education, said the head of the CBSE Centre of Excellence in Dehradun, Manish Tyagi. He also stated that technologies like AI offer opportunities to make education more personalised, effective and results-oriented and adopting them is the need of the hour.

LPU’s pro-vice-chancellor, Lavi Raj Gupta conducted a special session on the use of AI in the classroom.

The principals, directors, and senior faculty from several leading schools, including the principal of Doon International School City Campus, Dinesh Bartwal and the principal of Doon International School Riverside, Jacob P Ajit Mathews, were present on the occasion.
