The girls again outperformed the boys with higher pass percentage in class X and class XII board examinations the results of which were released on Saturday by Uttarakhand Vidyalayi Shiksha Parishad (UVSP). The board chairman, Mukul Sati announced that in the class X exam, 90.77 per cent of students passed with the boys registering a pass percentage of 88.20 and the girls, 93.25 per cent. Similarly, in the class XII exam, 83.23 per cent of students cleared the exam with passing percentage figures of 80.10 and 86.20 standing for boys and girls, respectively.
