Dehradun police have seized a large amount of explosive substances from a car while conducting vehicle checking drive in Tuini area of the district. Three persons from Himachal Pradesh who were travelling in the car were arrested. Police said that the seized explosives included dynamites, detonators and red-coloured wires.
The trio was being questioned, police said, adding that a probe has started into the matter.
