HMIS & HPR made mandatory for Ayushman emplaned hospitals

 The State Health Authority (SHA) has directed all the empanelled hospitals under the Aysuhman scheme to conform to the Health Management Information System (HMIS) norms and get connected to the Healthcare Professional Registry (HPR).

On the orders of the SHA mission director Reena Joshi, a training programme was organised on Tuesday at SHA in which representatives of the panelled hospital participated.

 In the programme, the Administration director Dr DP Joshi and Claims director Dr Saroj Naithani directed the hospital representatives to get the HMIS of the hospitals to conform to the norms of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).  Dr Naithani said that the SHA has nominated technical experts for implementing HMIS and monitoring HPR in the State.

 The manager ABDM, Pragya Paliwal gave training to the participants on implementing HMIS and registering health professionals in the HPR. She also informed about various aspects of ABDM and its implementation.
