In latest news from Uttarakhand, in a late night raid, Pauri police busted a casino operating illegally in a resort in Rishikesh and arrested 27 persons found gambling, four found conducting the gambling game and five dancers. Speaking of the matter, the senior superintendent of police Pauri Shweta Choubey said that a police constable posted in Rishikesh who was found gambling with others was also arrested during the raid and added that they all had been booked under relevant sections of the law. She further informed that departmental actions are being taken against the accused constable. During the raid, police impounded 12 luxury cars, Choubey said.
