Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ravindra Jugran has written to Uttarakhand’s secretary of School Education, Ravinath Raman, seeking intervention in the release of the waiting list for the posts of block resource person (BRP) and cluster resource persons (CRP). He alleges there has been an inordinate delay and arbitrary conduct by the outsourcing agency.
In his letter, Jugran stated that, according to regulations, the waiting list for the BRP/CRP posts should have been released approximately four months ago. However, this has not occurred, despite efforts from the director and director general. He further expressed concern that the Directorate of Education seems to have lost control over the outsourcing agency, which appears to be acting capriciously.
Jugran noted that the waiting list for about 300 posts has yet to be published, leading eligible candidates to feel frustrated and distressed after making numerous visits to the Directorate of Education. He urged the Education secretary to take action in accordance with the agreement between the Education department and the outsourcing agency, impose a financial penalty on the agency and consider blacklisting it.
