Law College holds National Moot Court Competition

The Law College Dehradun faculty of Uttaranchal University organised the inaugural ceremony of its fifth National Moot Court Competition. Supreme court judge, justice Indira Banerjee was the chief guest on the occasion.
Justice Banerjee said that a paradigm change has taken place in the present legal education and participation in moot court competition has become integral part of study for a law student. She spoke on central and state relationship and the federal structure of Indian Constitution.
Earlier, dean Rajesh Bahuguna stated that the fifth Law College Dehradun National Moot Court Competition is focused on Covid-19 along with Constitution of India. University vice chancellor Devendra Pathak presented the vote of thanks.
