In latest news from Uttarakhand, the State tourism and culture minister Satpal Maharaj would attend as the chief guest the closing ceremony of three-day 25th sports and cultural festival being organised by Adarsh Club in Pasauli village at the mini stadium since November 5. It is further learnt that the minister will felicitate the successful participants in the sports competitions with prizes aside from attending the cultural programmes lined up for the closing ceremony.
