The Prime Minister Narendra Modi enjoyed a jungle safari through the Kaziranga National Park (KNP) riding an elephant in a day-out during his hectic Assam tour. He is all set to launch and lay foundation stone of multiple projects worth Rs 18,000 crore. For the Northeast He spent nearly two hours in jungle safari through the park which is a UNESCO world heritage site before he left for Arunachal Pradesh.
